INTERLAB ADMINISTRATIVE SOFTWARE. (hanceforth INTERLAB) with registered office in street Av Insurgentes 304 - 22, Col Jardines del Moral, CP 37160, León Gto. In strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals, you acknowledge that the personal information you collect from you will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

- Registry
- Obtaining Services requested by you, in which your age and gender are extremely important
- Capture your results which are searched both by folio and by name
- Billing
- Storage in the database of the following information name (s) with full surnames, date of birth, sex, billing data when required by the patient (name or business name, fiscal address, postal code, RFC) Emergencies or doubts of both billing and related to the health of the patient for a correct interpretation of the results by the attending physician.

INTERLAB, performs the processing of personal data collected by you in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals.

In order to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure, maintain the accuracy of the data and ensure the correct use of the information, INTERLAB uses the appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect the information it collects.

Personal information in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals that is provided by you is stored in controlled databases with limited access.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of contents in the Federal Law of Data Protection in possession of the Individuals through a form that may be requested in ventas@interlab.mx

INTERLAB will refrain from selling, leasing or renting your personal data to a third party.

INTERLAB reserves the right to modify this privacy notice, which will be announced at www.interlab.mx with reasonable notice of its implementation.
