Dear customers and friends, we hereby inform you that we have developed a new task tracking tool called "To Do" (translated into Spanish "To do"). Tool that has been created with the purpose of satisfying the needs of our clients and friends, in it you will be able to register suggestions, adjustments, errors, requests or inconveniences presented in your Site
You will have access to this tool at all times 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Requests registered in the "To Do" will be resolved or answered at office hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm . Central Mexico timetable
How does it work?
1. I have access to this tool with a personalized user and password, which are given to me by the staff of InterLAB
2. Only a person in charge can register requests to prevent information from being deformed, repeated or lost, and this person is asked to take the task until it is completed and received
3. The administrator is responsible for assigning the programmer or designer who will be in charge of the task, so our staff must answer or comment on the task. In the case of a new development, this will be channeled to the sales department to be quoted
4. The tasks registered in the module will be visible at all times, you will be able to check the status of your tasks
Status consists of the following stages:

» Programming
» Review
» Validation
» Finished
Advantages of registering my tasks in the "To Do":
1. There will be a registry of my pending and tasks in a computer platform, preserving the history
2. I will be able to check the progress of my request, since the module allows to register the status of my tasks
3. My application will have greater traceability
4. A history of my requests is saved, so the InterLAB staff upon entering the session will have the data of the report, without having to ask again about the pending
5. I can attach evidence from my report, as the "To Do" tool allows me to upload images or screenshots of my report, which cause the staff to more accurately identify where the problem comes from and / or error and therefore can be resolved in a shorter time
