TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Regards, to all our clients and friends we inform you our terms and conditions to interface Equipos Clínicos is the following.

From now on it will be called:

-"PC" to the computer or server
-"Equipment" to clinical team to be interfaced
-"InterLAB" to interoperations
-"Client" to a moral or physical person requesting it

To be successful in the interfaces it is necessary to have a Robust and dedicated "PC" to be able to interface several clinical "Equipment" to a single computer that has several serial ports (minimum 1 per team), which will be in charge of receiving all the information, Order it and send it to our server.

We suggest:

IDEAL PC:
- Xenón 3GB
- RAM 2GB
- 2 HD 100GB (15K RPM) SAS O SCSI in RAID
- Screen 15"
- Redundant power supply

Minimum PC
- Pentium IV with 3GB
- RAM 1GB
- HD 70GB SCSI o SATA
- Screen 14"

Operating system Windows XP, Serial multi-port card DB-9

In our experience we know that there are things required and others suggested by what we disaggregate below.

Aspects required:

1.- The physical installation of the PC requires a battery for 20 minutes, physical ground, air conditioning, furniture or rack

2.- All equipment must be connected to the PC not exceeding 12 meters between PC and Clinical Team to interfere (for this we recommend looking for a central and strategic place to put the PC). The extension of the wiring is on the part of the client (Under our acesoría)

3.- Have the drivers, manuals and supplier support for technical issues

4.- Have a person who dominates the equipment to make tests, besides samples (Urine, EDTA, etc.) and necessary reagents

5.- It is important that you have one or more people to train and be able to address them in case you have to remotely calibrate, adjust or modify certain things and be able to do so. The ideal is a person who is on the floor and present at work hours to have an immediate response

6.- It must be said that we will be working several hours with the teams so they must do without them

7.- Leave a free port in the Switch or hub to connect our laptop, in addition to a power outlet for it

Suggested Aspects:

1.- To connect all your computers you can use a Switch instead of hub.

2.- Having two accounts to go to the Internet (in case a connection is too slow or falls)

3.- Have a good Firewall with antivirus in the entrance of the Internet

4.- Have Modern Browsers (Firefox or Google Chrome) and Flash player installed

Important to check that:

1.- Each "Equipment" has a free serial port for InterLAB

2.- In the event that the "Equipment" has DB-25 connections, a DB-25 to DB-9 adapter will be required. One adapter per case

3.- The "Equipment" has an ASCII communication protocol and less than 5 years in the market

4.- Cables do not pass near ballast or high voltage electrical currents because they cause interference in communication

General:

The date this link, which will be scheduled and the next business day will be given the date and the number of people who visit them, always depending on the type and quantity of "Equipment"

The work schedule may vary depending on the circumstances and the criteria and needs of the InterLAB staff

The costs for interfacing equipment are governed by a table that is in the investment tab, from this same site and are current as of the day of deposit

Travel expenses are understood to cover fees, transfers, meals, lodging and never include the material to be occupied, which is run by the customer

If due to force majeure we can not reach the destination, it will be necessary to make a new request to arrive at you (example: in the month of last January we could not leave Cd. The guarantee offered at the interfaces is as follows:

- 1st month guarantee with no cost charge by the customer
- 11-month warranty after deduction of per diem expenses
- Under no circumstances is there any guarantee for the material used and that

We are pleased to notify you that we have not had any problems in interfacing "Equipment", but we do not know what we will find for what we will find so we reserve the right to interface with certain "Equipment" if after unsuccessful attempts we do not see progress or we do not have the support from the client or supplier of the equipment

The reimbursement of "Equipment" that has not been interfaced due to force majeure or impediments of the personnel of InterLAB without charge, in the event of negligence on the part of the client for omitting certain precautions An administrative charge will be made
